Full Circle Healing Arts is an extension of my own path, my journey of remembering, reclaiming, and returning to the truth of who I am.
My work is rooted in ancestral lineage, earth-based wisdom, and a deep understanding of how energy, emotion, and experience shape the human system.

I come from Native American/Mexican and Spanish/European lineages, a family that hold mystics, healers, and medicine women.
Their strength and wisdom live in my DNA and influence everything I offer.

What I know to be true is this:
Every person carries an inner intelligence. Something older, deeper, and more authentic than the identity we learn to build. This “original frequency” shows up in the body, the breath, the nervous system, and the quiet moments when we feel most like ourselves.

My own journey has taken me through loss, trauma, awakening, laughter, and the long work of rebuilding a life in alignment with who I’ve always been. Because I’ve lived (and continue to live) this process, I am so honored to hold space for others with honesty, steadiness, and deep respect.

I support clients through energy alignment, frequency-based work, intuitive guidance, and practices that help bring the system back into balance. The result is often a sense of grounding, clarity, emotional relief, and a feeling of coming home to yourself.
